The pro­ject is plan­ned tog­e­ther with Decker Archi­tects & Engi­neers, Braun­schweig, and is being built in Salz­dah­lu­mer Stra­ße, the lar­gest of the three loca­ti­ons of the Braun­schweig Cli­nic. In the future, the three-storey modu­lar buil­ding with a gross flo­or area of ​​6836 m² will house the func­tion­al area of ​​pneu­mo­lo­gy (pul­mo­na­ry medi­ci­ne) with a capa­ci­ty of 89 beds. In addi­ti­on, the new buil­ding will be used as an alter­na­ti­ve buil­ding during the reno­va­ti­on work for a new gene­ral care station.
